DR. MURTY'S EXPERIENCE
As Management Consultant, Project Executive, Program Manager, Engagement Manager, Pre-sales lead, Due Diligence Executive, and Transition & Transformation Executive, I implemented various complex and multi-country projects across the globe. I have strong business acumen, client-facing skills with an ability to communicate to the C -Level executives, and experience in ramping up the teams and establishing a creation center of excellence.
Led and managed end-to-end delivery of Factory Model in the Retail segment and handled more than 25 clients implementing retail solutions. I have established Solution processes for Competitive Pricing, Deal qualification, Portfolio offerings, Risk Management, Governance, and QA processes. Organized client workshops and I was responsible for driving the Steering Committee meetings. Conducted Application Portfolio Analysis and designed solutions to achieve savings through Operational efficiencies, Transformation, and Innovation.
Responsible for selection and implementation of the core banking project across the bank. Involved in project planning, Office Automation, IT Budgets, and identifying and establishing bank-wide Network.
Involved in digital transformation across various departments of the organization. Also organized extensive training programs for the management and operational teams. Submitted an approach paper on skill development to the state of Karnataka & Andhra Pradesh
